Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 766

This 28 year old patient came to our Grapevine/Southlake practice from out of town seeking aesthetic improvement of her nose. Specifically, she did not like the bump on the bridge of her nose (also called a dorsal hump), her wide nasal tip, and her wide nostrils.

Dallas plastic surgeon Dr. Roger Cason performed an open rhinoplasty to address her concerns. He also performed a nostril reduction, or alar base excision, to improve her wide, flaring nostrils. The result is a natural appearing nose that highlights and complements the rest of her face.
