Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 732

This 37-year-old patient from the Dallas-Ft. Worth area had been considering a rhinoplasty for years. She wanted a nose that was natural appearing and better fit her face, but retained a strong appearance so as not to completely alter her appearance and character. Her main concerns with her nose were her dorsal hump, droopy and bulbous tip, and large nostrils.

Southlake/Grapevine plastic surgeon Dr. Roger Cason performed an open structural rhinoplasty to address each of her concerns and give her the natural appearing nose she was looking for. She also underwent alar base excisions on both sides to reduce the size of her nostrils. She is shown here 2 months after surgery. Her swelling will continue to go down over the next few months, further improving the refinement of her nasal tip.
