Full Facial rejuvenation

2 months after surgery, this 53 year old woman is thrilled with her results, and only wishes she had done it sooner.  (She is not smiling so the pictures would be an accurate comparison of the actually surgical changes.)  To address her facial aging, I performed a face / neck lift with open platysmaplasty.  For the eyes, and upper and lower blepharoplasty with an arcus release and obbicularis pexy was performed.
