This 45 year old from Dallas-Ft. Worth wanted to improve the appearance of lower bags underneath her lower eyelids. Dr. Roger Cason performed a lower blepharoplasty to remove the excess fat of her lower eyelids, in conjunction with facial fat grafting to give her a more balanced, refreshed look.
