Quad Blepharoplasty

While you use your eyes to see the world, how the world looks at you can really be influenced by your eyes.  This 48 year old woman underwent both upper and lower eyelid surgery to refresh her facial appearance.  She just looks more awake and brighter in the after pictures.  I performed this by removing excess skin, fat, and then softening the lid/cheek junction to give her a more youthful contour.
