Blepharoplasty Before & After Case 192

This 32 year old woman was bothered a familial trait of lower eyelid 'bags'. Her skin was quite youthful, and she truly had isolated fat excess in the lower eyelids which was giving her a 'tired eye' appearnace. In normal room lighting, the fat bulges create shadows under the eyes, which makes her look tired. We performed a trans-conjunctival lower blepharoplasty where I contoured and removed some fat from the lower eyelids. No skin was removed, and no visible scars were left. Even a month after surgery (when she still has swelling), marked changes are visible.
