This is a 45 year old female from the Dallas-Ft. Worth area that presented to the Grapevine/Southlake practice to improve the size and shape of her breasts. The patient wanted to be significantly larger in size. To meet her goals, Dr. Roger Cason performed a staged breast lift with implants.
In the first stage, he performed a breast lift and smaller implants to allow for the breast pocket to develop. Three months later, Dr. Cason exchanged her implants for Mentor 650 cc high profile MemoryGel implants. He also placed a Galaflex Internal Bra for added support.
