Mastopexy & Augmentation Before & After Case 781

This 37 year old female from the Ft. Worth area wanted to improve the shape and enhance the size of her breasts after pregnancy and breastfeeding. She wanted to significantly increase the size of her breasts, so the decision was made to perform a staged breast lift and augmentation. In the first stage, Dr. Roger Cason performed a breast lift with placement of smaller implants. During the second stage, these implants were exchanged for larger implants. A Galaflex internal bra was also placed to ensure the implants had adequate support to maintain their position. She is shown 3 months after surgery, with a Mentor Moderate Plus Xtra 685 cc implant on the right, and a 605 cc implant on the left to address her asymmetry.
