Breast Lift (Mastopexy) Before & After Case 135

This 35 year old mother of two visited my Dallas plastic surgery office interested in a Mommy Makeover. She was unhappy with the appearance of her breasts after breast feeding, and could not achieve the abdominal appearance she wanted despite 5 days of exercise per week (2 with a personal trainer.) We discussed her goals, and decided that an anchor incision breast lift and extended tummy tuck in Dallas would achieve the results she was seeking. 

The operation took just over 5 hours to complete. With the breast lift, I only removed the excess skin (18 grams), but with the abdominoplasty I removed 2 kg of skin & fat and tightened the abdominal wall by 6 cm. Her recovery was uneventful, and photos are shown at 10 weeks after surgery. She has already enjoyed a vacation trip to Hawaii, and really noticed the difference in her breasts. (She was beaming at the fact that most of the other women had to keep "readjusting" their swim suit tops, while her perky breasts had no problems.)
