Breast Augmentation Revision Before & After Case 211

This 46 year old woman from the DFW metroplex had saline breast implants placed 17 years ago, and had been quite happy with them till she woke up one morning an noticed that the left breast was slowly deflating. She came to my Southlake office desiring an implant exchange. Over the years, she had felt her current implants were slightly larger than ideal for her, with too much fullness in the upper portion. She requested a slight downsizing of the implants to still give some pleasant upper pole fullness (more than the deflated implant), but less than her old implants. Since she did not know the exact volume or dimensions of her previous implants, I needed to use multiple temporary sizers during the surgery to find the ideal implant size. She is now 2 months after surgery, and is very happy with the appearance and soft feeling of her new breasts.
