Tummy Tuck Before & After Case 769

This 44 year old patient from the Dallas-Ft. Worth area wanted to improve the appearance of her abdomen and waist after weight loss and pregnancy. Southlake plastic surgeon Dr. Roger Cason performed an extended abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, and back. 

By extending the incision over the patient's hips, he was able to achieve a narrower, cinched in waist that is not possible with a traditional abdominoplasty. The incision is still very low, and well concealed in her underwear of choice. The patient is shown 6 weeks after surgery. Her swelling will continue to improve over the coming months for an even more defined and refined appearance.
