This 62-year-old patient presented to our Dallas area clinic seeking a more contoured abdomen and slimmer waistline. She had multiple prior pregnancies that left her with rectus diastasis, or muscle separation. Southlake/Grapevine plastic surgeon Dr. Roger Cason performed an extended abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) to provide an optimal contour of her waistline, as well as provide a lift of her lateral thigh to further accentuate her hourglass silhouette.
