This 31 year old mother of 2 had the widest rectus diastasis that I have ever seen. She is very physically active, and had great muscular tone. Although she looks pregnant while standing, when she lays down, her abdomen would become perfectly flat. In the laying position, she could flex her rectus muscles, and you could place you fingers between the muscles, inside the abdomen! Because she was in such good physical shape, I was very excited to offer her an abdominoplasty operation to assist with fixing her abdomen.
