This very petite and athletic mother of 2 came to me for a Mommy Makeover. We decided to perform a tummy tuck with waistline SAFElipo, and breast lift with nipple reduction and staged augmentation. During the main surgery:
- 364 gm abdominal skin and fat
- 1.3 liters of fat was removed to contour her waistline
- 3 cm rectus diastasis was tightened to 8 cm to flatten her stomach
