About the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) is an organization devoted exclusively to advancing the science and art of cosmetic plastic surgery. Its members are a select group of board-certified plastic surgeons who have earned the right to display the ASAPS logo, depicting the Egyptian Queen Nefertiti and symbolizing ageless beauty. About Michael A. Bogdan, MD, FACS
Dr. Bogdan is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and his practice is limited to cosmetic plastic surgery. He obtained both his medical doctorate and plastic surgery training at Stanford University. Dr. Bogdan underwent specialized fellowship training in cosmetic plastic surgery at the Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital in conjunction with the New York University Institute of Reconstructive Plastic Surgery. Dr. Bogdan has a strong professional interest in facial rejuvenation, rhinoplasty, and mommy makeover procedures. Dr. Bogdan is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and is an active member of a number of professional societies, including the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
